Milk of Calendula
The Calendula plant is well known for its therapeutical qualities. Its anti-inflammatory, wound healing and sedative properties are used frequently in cosmetics for baby skin as well as sensitive skin. The Milk of Calendula is especially formulated for dry and sensitive skin. It is to be used as a day cream on the face and neck. Apply generously and massage gently with your fingertips in circular movements. It can also be used on the entire body. Wear it under make-up every day. Calendula relieves pain and has been found to be a natural antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic. It is an exceptional skin conditioner and is well known for its capacity to repair damaged skin, diminish bruising, cure bedsores, relieve sore nipples, and cure athlete's foot and other forms of fungus. Calendula helps damaged blood vessels to seal, stopping bleeding and preventing bruising. Calendula is also effective on varicose veins and hemorrhoids. Calendula is native to Europe and has large, yellow or orange flowers with many petals. It was used in the Middle Ages to treat varicose veins, bedsores and skin blemishes and has long been used in an ointment form for many first aid treatments. 4 oz These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
